Use of the Service does not create a doctor–patient, clinician–patient, or healthcare provider relationship between you and Dr. Glow, or between you and any clinic, practitioner, or healthcare professional listed on the platform. Any medical relationship is formed solely between you and the healthcare provider you choose to engage.

No Guarantees of Accuracy

While we strive to present reliable and up-to-date information, Dr. Glow does not warrant or guarantee the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or timeliness of any information on the Service. Information may become outdated or may differ from information provided directly by clinics or healthcare providers.

The Service may contain information about third-party clinics, practitioners, and services. Dr. Glow does not endorse, guarantee, or assume responsibility for any third-party content, products, or services.

Independent Third Parties

Clinics, practitioners, and service providers listed on the Service operate independently from Dr. Glow. Dr. Glow does not control, employ, or supervise these third parties and is not responsible for their actions, services, pricing, availability, or outcomes.

Bookings and Transactions

Any interactions, bookings, consultations, treatments, payments, refunds, or disputes occur solely between you and the third-party provider. Dr. Glow is not a party to such interactions and disclaims any liability arising from them.

Content Moderation

Dr. Glow reserves the right, but is not obligated, to review, moderate, remove, or restrict access to any user-submitted content at its sole discretion, including content that is misleading, false, defamatory, unlawful, or otherwise objectionable.
